Just to let everyone know Hometown Bar Jerilee's Pub in Lafayette got an suprise performance from Amanda Friday night with Local 80's rock n roll cover band Old School. The performance was part of a suprise party for her step mom. She performed two songs, "you shook me all night long" by AC DC and "Mr. Brownstone" by Guns and Roses.
It rocked and it was nice to see her back. Haven't seen her in a while! There is video out there of this, will post it as soon as I get it! --------------------

I took video of it on my cell phone but it was crappy. However, I will be able to get a preview of it on Friday. A guy from the local music scene does a piece on bands every week on a TV show. He showed up there to take video of Old School and to do a piece on them. I talked to him and he is going to also feature Amanda singing on it too. I Will give you the link as soon as Thursday. BTW, he is going to get me a CD of both songs full length too, but it may not be until the 28th when i see him.

I thought You Shook Me All Night Long was really good but Mr. Brownstone could have been a little bit better.
