Lending their expertise as guest judges during this high fashion cycle are designer Diane Von Furstenberg, designer/stylist Patricia Field ("Sex and the City"), top beauty photographer Matthew Rolston, supermodel Karolina Kurkova, top fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier, Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini, designer Zac Posen, designer/model Margherita Missoni, IMG Models executive Kyle Hagler, Vogue Italia editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani and designer Roberto Cavalli.

My thoughts so far: (I hope we get pre-show pics soon Maybe they're bringing someone in late again like Ren, so they aren't releasing them again. I miss them, though. )

Anamaria - Probably my fave. Love her face, she's tall enough, and she's young.
Ann - I like her face more than I did in the preview. She's too tall, though.
Chelsey - She looks so much like Teyona. I think I like her, though...I think.
Chris - So plain it hurts. Hope she leaves soon.
Esther - I actually really like her face. So interesting. So sad that her books will get in her way.
Jane - My other fave! Love her bone structure and her body. I was scared she would be short, but 5'9 is good enough.
Kacey - Eh. She has some potential, but not sure yet.
Kayla - Not sure yet. Something about her face is off.
Kendal - She's gorgeous. She doesn't really look old, so her age won't affect her much most likely.
Lexie - Not a model, shame because she's so tall and young.
Liz - Definitely very masculine, but I think it's an attractive masculinity. I like her.
Rhianna - Why was she cast?
Sara - She's pretty, but meh.
Terra - Wow. Old, plain, and the shortest of the cast. And you know she'll at least make it a few rounds because she's there with her sister. Ugh.

ETA: The more I see of this cast, the more I like them. Tyra did a good job casting models that (with a few makeovers) can probably really transform in front of the camera. Chelsey's pre-show stuff is stunning.

And I really like Rhianna's face, too. Even someone like Lexie who I'm not sure on has an interesting face. The only two I'm really not liking are the sisters who really shouldn't have been cast.

Anamaria: I hate her promo shot, but from her interview I see potential.
Kayla: Completely based on her promo shot, she may make it far. Definitely one of the few stunning promo shots.
Chelsey: I like her look, and she seems to have the most pre-show work. Very Brittany (C13)-looking.
Rhianna: Not sure what to think about her. She definitely sticks out.
Esther: Very Cassi (AusNTM 5) looking. Gorgeous. One of my favs.
Ann: I LOVE Ann
Chris/Terra: Not really liking either of them.
Lexie: I like her promo shot, but from her pre-show work, she may struggle a bit.
Kendal: Stunning.
Liz: Dominique + Ashley (C13) morphed together.
Sara: Forgettable
Kacey: I did not like her when she first auditioned, and I still do not like her. Pretty, but not high fashion enough.
Jane: Her bon structure is just a bit flat.


Overall, the cast is ok, but I definitely had higher expectations considering to the stakes this cycle. But we'll see how they do
