Fantastic news for Casey. What a great place for him to land. Season 10 will go down as a phenomenal year for Idol talent and signings (with a few more to come, I'm sure) . I will (begrudgingly) give that to J-Lo, Randy and Steven.

I think that might be the most within a year of the season ending. It took 7 months for 70% of the top 10 to get major label deals. Crazy.

Not sure yet, the Press Release doesn't mention which one specifically and RLM still hasn't added he , or Stefano, to their Artist list.

Season 5 had Taylor, Katharine, Elliott, Chris, Kellie, Bucky, Mandisa, and that's known as the most successful season. Season 10 now has the same amount signed w00t.gif

I'm very anxious to hear his music. It has the potential to be brilliant especially if he sticks to the jazz side of himself. His versions of "Georgia", "Why Don't You do Right" and "Nature boy" are some of the best things I've heard on idol.

That being said he does seem to be far superior as a musician and instrumentalist than he is as a vocalist. Thats why I'm hoping some day him and Haley can do an album of standards with Haley singing lead vocals and Casey writing the arrangements and playing some of the instruments on different songs while also providing backing vocals and singing the male lead on duets.
