You'd think after eleven years of being on the air, contestants would know what to expect for Group Week. They never seem to be prepared for all the tension, stress, and complete lack of sleep. But it goes the same way every year!

I know! I could have done without the people throwing up, but the rest was okay. The Asian guy was funny as hell!

Well, my number one pick so far this year, is a young girl from Texas. I don't know if you remember much about season six, but she tried out, made it to Hollywood, and then got screwed by two Jersey girls in the group round, getting sent home. Her name is Baylie Brown.

It's very diifficult for us to get the downloads lately, since many sites have been closed; but we did see the two latest. So far our fave is Jen Hirsh, a jazz singer type. I'll be surprised if she doesn't make the live performance rounds. However, she'll have to break the addiction to kicking up a leg like a donkey.

Otherwise, there's a tall black guy who's very good. About time a girl won or a black won again (sorry if I seem racist, I'm def not and just calling it as it is.)



It's a good thing that girl who fainted onsage was kicked. Not only was she unprepared for further stress, she just wasn't that good.

The talent is quite good this year; no real standouts thus far, but maybe we're in for a surprise. SO MUCH better than the OTTness of the Xfactor etc.

I have been watching some.....agree the Jen Hirsh gal is good !!!!

There is a girl with long-ish dark hair that is also very good....don't remember her name ????

There are a few younger boys that are very good too......don't remember their names either ????

I guess....Imma not that invested in them yet

There is talent this year although I don't have a favorite. There are a few very annoying ppl there.

Jen Hirsh girl made it !!!! She is the dark long haired girl I was talking about

So there is another girl I also liked.....her hair was much lighter....will have to listen for her name......



And....I think the figure at the begining of the show ...with the long coat ....in the cone ....is Adam

I think Steven and J'Lo seem much better this year and love the lighted pool of water around the stage.

Dang...I made the mistake again of reading this thread before trying to download.

Of course Jen made it. I'm sure she'll go far. I wonder if that little boy, who looks like he should be in third grade til he sings something, made it too. But I'm going to stay out of here til I find out for myself!

I've been a fan of hers ever since season six. I was upset that her group screwed her over back then. SO glad she tried out again! I just adore her!

There are a few ppl I literally can't stand. Reed Grimm is the worst offender. Everything about him annoys me to death!

That screamer from NY (?) is awful!!! Such a strident, annoying voice I can't believe they passed him.

I don't like Jen. She has a good voice but it sometimes verging on screaming and she has too many ticks and mannerisms.

I like that Testone girl. Great voice.

And, I LOVE Heejun Love his beautiful voice and his personality so far.

I like the Phillips guy.

I loved Lauren Gray. Can't believe they didn't pass her

This is the situation so far.

The talent on The Voice seems better.
