OK.Who chooses the places Adam goes to promote?I mean he goes to Austria...to some ski-resort...
 and people watching him are asleep.Like they have no clue or interest what's going on.Adam goes all the way from US to that?!And he didn't even know he was going to be outside for those interviews....Lack of information. Adam did FINE.I'm not complaining about him. But really.This was so random place.It wasn't even on tv.Was it on radio? Can't they pick some better places? I'm not impressed. Unless I missed some information (which is very likely) about this gig, which makes it like...worth it. --------------------

There is obviously some reason that we don't know and we don't actually need to know about why they are choosing these places for promo. It was a radio station and I believe the people in the audience won the tickets to the show. I'm still confused about why everyone is upset at the audience. Adam walked out on stage and sat down on a stool -- that doesn't really scream 'hey, I'm here to shake things up and get you moving'. It says 'this is going to be an stripped down, laid-back acoustic show'. And, honestly, until Trespassing the songs really weren't the 'dance in the aisle' type of performances. This type of venue/event is more like a listening event rather than a concert. Maybe I just don't understand it because I'm not the type to dance in the aisle and scream/squeal during a concert. And speaking of screaming/squealing - I'm so happy we have some audio like yesterday...no screaming, no squealing, no screeching...just Adam and that voice. -------------------- Avi & Sig: Ashline

bebeq: I have no problem "toned down, stripped" performances.Every artist does them and Adam's was GREAT.
Now I know it was for Radio station...so the live stream was kind of extra treat for the fans.At first it seemed such a random and weird place...you know in the middle of tv and radio shows.It almost seemed like some private gig, it was so intimate with a few people...but it was for the radio so I guess it was normal promo thing after all. And I guess the lack of enthusiasm in the crowd felt little weird or embarrasing but it's understandable (I guess) that not everybody is as enthusiastic as hardcore fans.Especially when they didn't know him before. (how is that possible?  I know it is and it's good that Adam has new territories (?sp) to conquer.Not every idol gets to do that...go international.)This post has been edited by ♥JM♥: Jan 30th 2012, 11:56 AM --------------------
