Hey you guys - I though you might want to check out the Global Album Chart for w/ Adam's first week. Billboard had his first week's sales at 77,000, but he sold an additional 15,000 copies outside the U.S. This only shows the top 40 albums week to week, but they'll show the top 100 at the end of the year. It will update tomorrow show his (& hopefully Haley's) numbers for this week, so I'll post that here right after I post it on Haley's sales thread, if you guys would like.
http://www.mediatraffic.de/albums.htm This is the best international chart that I know of, so if you guys know of one that shows the top 100, or something, please let me know. Hi there It's already updated for this week 40,000 is pretty good! That means Adam sold 18,000 copies outside of the US in the second week---up from 15,000 in the first week. Any increase is a very healthy sign -------------------- |

A P.S. to my post above: I was just comparing the first two weeks of Trespassing's non-US sales with those of For Your Entertainment, and the news is all good
Trespassing, in comparison, has already sold 33,000 copies internationally (15,000 in the first week and 18,000 in the second), and after two weeks is at a much higher position on the chart than FYE was at the same point (#15 as opposed to #37). Naysayers may want to play down the significance of this comparison (hi, Mateja!), but good luck putting a negative spin on a 65% increase in sales -------------------- |

In 2009 Adam was mostly known outside USA in those countries where AI was shown, but now thanks to his first tour and WWFM there was a larger fanbase waiting for Trespassing -------------------- |

Certainly, if the response in New Zealand (where it's been doing very well on iTunes---it's currently at #32) is any indication, it will be! -------------------- |

Yes, very positive signs, and Trespassing still has not been released in some countries.
