Last night i went to the taping for saturday performance show,, It all goes verrry well, I think that all the contestant gave their best.. Mau did a great job on both of her songs, even Judge from India gave a standing applaus on her first performance singing her native language song. on her 2nd song she sang "reach" (Gloria Estefan) and the crowd became crazy  Jac opened the show with an english song (i forget the song, but it's not Christina's "beautiful" as rumoured), the judges were not satisfied enough, though i still think it's great. And the BANG is when she sang her 2nd song "Gemilang" OMG, it's SUPERB   it so much!Mike get's the biggest crowd  (since it's in Indonesia), but honest, he did a great performance on both of his song. He ended the show with "I believe i can fly", and all the judges praise him.Meanwhile Phuong Vy did a wonderful job, judges seemed surprised by her english performance, but not satisfied enough with the vietnam song. Aah, she look simply sexy & beautiful  Hady Mirza did fairly well on his first song (in malay language), and his 2nd song "beautiful day" he did even better. Lastly, Abhijeet do an Okay performance with "Everything i do (i do it for you)" he gave his best on the condition that he only practice english in 1 week! yet his Indian performance is catchy and pretty good enough. I just can say it was an entertaining night, all the judges seems happy, all the idols sang together very good.. they should do a tour throughout asia! i don't know about the telecast, they say will only air 3 judge comments, but actually last night, all the judges gave a comment on each performance. Wow, thanks very much for the update and pictures Wantil. Im so looking forward for the show on Saturday.
Im really curious how Jac, Mike and Mau does as these 3 are the biggest contender for the title. So how is it being done? they sing it back to back? First and Second song? Jac has to open? Wow, alot on her shoulder. What was her English song, if you can recall? Perhaps you can rates their performance to your liking? Who do u think will win? Im so curious right now. i hope everyone would give all the idols a chance on saturday! haha. it seems like all the different idols already have different fan bases! from the looks of it and the sound of it from wantil its like its a pretty evenly matched competition! vote for who performs well la, not just for who has been hyped up the most. obviously i am hoping hady will do reasonably well in the votes and its quite sad that there isnt very much hype surrounding asian idol in singapore. haha. i cant wait for saturday!
