Because no matter how insecure he may have felt, he truly was an amazing guy. He always showed loyalty to his friends (wearing horcruxes that got out the worst of him aside), and showed an incredible bravery during all those years at Hogwarts and I'm sure he continued to do so after that. He was funny, extremely talented, specially at quidditch, and lets face it, we love the red hair. Who wouldn't want a guy like that? What a lucky girl Hermione is *sigh*

Ron destroying the Horcrux is my favorite scene of book 7. It was so heartbreaking and intense. And Hermione's reaction was the perfect ending to one of my favorite chapters of the series

The part in the chapter Malfoy Manor when Bellatrix is torturing Hermione & Ron is screaming out her name made me cry so much. I felt like i could hear him screaming her name.

Uggh, I know! I could listen to him sobbing and screaming her name. I actually read that part again a few days ago and it made me feel terrible, because it was the first time that I read it slowly and paying attention to every detail, and you really can feel his desperation.

Ugh, I totally forgot about the Malfoy Manor scene! That was such a good part! It was really intense, I was near tears and reading really fast because I thought Hermione was going to die. Ron's screaming was breaking my heart.

I'm sure they will keep the Ron/Hermione kiss, WB loves all those romantic scenes, why do you think the whole Ron/Lavender plot is gonna be kind of a big deal in HBP?

I love Ron He has always been one of my favorite characters. Well all of them are pretty loveable, Rowling has done a great job at making them all so likeable.

I love when they are saving Malfoy in the room of requirement, & Ron says something like "Harry, if we die saving them, I am going to kill you"
