they don't know what they're doing obviously, if it wasn't for twitter, who would actually know that she had a new single out. A scattered appearance on ONE ep of SYTYCD is not good enough. Not even the right target audience IMO. Im confident that this is the beginning of something good, how can in not be good that shes divorced with the douchers from Jive Records?

She's actually done pretty well for herself sales wise. 103,000 copies of an album that hasn't had any promotion and had one music video that was never shown isn't horrible.

This reminds me a lot of what Arista did to Blake when they signed him. He's not selling as well as his new label (which is an independent one), but he's getting a lot more control and is much happier. Maybe the same will be with Allison.

Because NSYNC is still a Jive artist. The band's broken up, but they still have another album under Jive's contract.

I saw this earlier at MJ's, and it makes me sad. Another case of screwing up a perfectly talented artist's career. Why even sign someone you have no real intentions of promoting? If this turns out to be true, at least Allison is young and talented enough to find her way and make a decent career for herself.

I think maybe Jive was expecting for Allison's sales to rise from her tour with Adam and when that didn't happen they kinda abandoned her. Which is ridiculous to think because Adam's fans were only there for Adam and they probably knew already about any music Allison had out and if they didn't buy it then, they wouldn't buy it now.

I'm only speculating that Jive might have been thinking about that because why put her on tour just to drop her afterwards?
