I haven't read any of his novels, but for one of my spring classes, I have to read The Shining which I am looking forward to.

I've just started reading his books this year and I think he's really an amazing author. So far I've read three of them but out of all the ones I read I like his recent book "Cell" the best. The storyline is awesome.

I've recently read IT (Amazing, except for the climax) and have started The Talisman (with Peter Straub). So far I'm really enjoying it but don't think it'll be in my top favs. These are all the ones I've read, in the order I've read them: Bag of Bones, Insomnia, The Dead Zone, Gerald's Game, Dreamcatcher, The Eyes of the Dragon, Cell, Pet Sematary, Desperation, Duma Key, Dolores Claiborne, Carrie, Under the Dome, IT, Currently Reading the Talisman.
My favorites from the 15 I've read: Bag of Bones It Desperation Duma Key Pet Sematary Insomnia My least favorite is between Dreamcatcher and Dolores Claiborne. I'll probably say Dolores Claiborne right now. I think it works best as a movie than a novel. -------------------- |

i like a lot of his story ideas, but i just can't bring myself to ever really get into a book of his. i feel like he just drags them on and on and a lot of the stuff he's put in isn't really necessary.
anyway, i loved the girl who loved tom gordon and i liked 1408, too. -------------------- The moon never beams without bringing me dreams...
