I'm from Jersey (well, way in the nw corner), and I've never heard of WJLK. But as it happens, I have to attend court in Toms River (Ocean County) tomorrow morning, so when I get down there, I'll try to find the station on air.
Tried listening to Z100 tonight on the commute home. Very "urban". But since one of the morning people is supposedly interviewing Adam tomorrow, I'll stick with it on the three-hour drive to court, and hope to catch AL. Next stop on the radio dial may be that Fresh 103.7, which I guess is hosting AL on the 15th.
The stop at the Freehold station is a bit odd - although it's on the way to Ocean County, they are such small niche stations, he might as well have come to the stations in Sussex County because it's sort of on the way to Allentown PA and Philly.
In other words, I'm confused about this radio tour.

You do for a fact...seems like rap crap is still the biggest music in the US and as evidenced by Chris Brown at the Grammy's, apparantly we like our thugs more than people who actually contribute in a positive manner to society....end of my rant, but I'm so tired of rap music I could scream

The Top 40 adds leave a lot to be desired this week. Hopefully with the radio promo this week, we'll see better adds next week. I'm pretty happy with the HAC adds this week, since two of the four are top 20 markets. He's probably going to crack top 30 there tomorrow, which is exciting!

I jinxed it by saying he would probably be top 30 on HAC today. He actually lost 3 spins (504 yesterday, 501 today) and stayed at 31. Not totally sure what happened there, but hopefully it's just a momentary setback and he'll start gaining again tomorrow. There's no reason why he wouldn't.

BTIKM is a new entry on the Top 22 Chart this week, isn't it?

If 'new entry' stands for beginner, yep, it's his first week in the chart. And Adam is very successful interpret. It's not usual at all to skip so many songs in such a short time. He is a true star



In another local station he won the battle against Alesha Dixon so BTIKM will be set into the another chart

The good news is that it hasn't lost its bullet, so hopefully the promo this week will lead to good adds next week and he'll bounce back. One of the positive aspects of the album being pushed back a bit is that it gives RCA more time to push this song or release another single before the album drops if they need to.

Lets hope for some adds next week but I am not holding my breath. During the interviews last week Adam layed the focus on the album, BTIKM was barely mentioned.

If the song is not catching up until the end of february I am hoping they move on to another single. IMO one of the reasons for the album delay. Adam is laying groundwork with radio now so when they release a second single I hope it will pay off.
