I think she was busy with White Collar. Not too sure tho. Peyton was my favorite character so it would have been cool to have her back for an episode or two.

I'm still on season 5, but the season 9 finale to me seemed just a little weak overall. And it was a 1 hr finale, the first hour was just a review of the whole series and the actors/producers thoughts on the show. --------------------

I got teary eyed during the first hour remembering everything that's happened through out the series. Overall I thought the finale was sort of a disappointment, I would have liked for them to have more of a storyline rather the just people playing at Trick and the occasional plot thrown in there. "There is only One Tree Hill Jamie Scott, and it's your home"

I loved the finale.
They brought back a whole bunch of special moments that made this show special and only things "One Tree Hill" fans would really know about.  I loved the scene on the rooftop with the brick. I also loved the "I don't want to be" scenes. I also love that Haley and Brooke have this little corner of Tree Hill together on Grace/Front street. And I love how Jamie is kind've like the repeated version of Lucas and Haley is kind've like the repeated version of Karen. And go Jamie for trying to beat your dad's scoring record.  --------------------

I couldn't bring myself to post because I still can't believe it's all over.
I have so many things I could say but at the same time I don't even know what to say. I feel like it's still going to come back.. it hasn't hit me. There were so many little references to moments from previous seasons and little reenactments and stuff. So for me.. the finale was really done and very special. I was freaking out at every little part that reminded me of something.  Gah, it brought me to tears. It was so cute! My favorite had to be when Nathan gave Haley the bracelet. "Don't say I never gave you anything." I also loved when Logan called Quinn mom. And Julian taking Brooke back to her old house.. gah. The only thing that would have made it perfect for me was if Lucas and Peyton were there.This show.
