I kind of figured Tyler was gay. The way he always looked at Daniel. Remember though Nolan is playing him.

I'm not sure if I really should be worried so much right now with anyone discovering Emily's real identity because of the engagement party at the beginning of the show. If Victoria knew I doubt she would put herself in a position where she could be publicly humiliated after publicly supporting a union to a convicted terrorist's daughter to her son. So at least until that party I doubt anyone important will discover Amanda's true identity. And since apparently that party won't happen until around episode 15 we've got some time.

Why would Nolan want him dead though?? Whoever had him killed, will def be taken down by Emily/Amanda. We have to wait a week, cause of the CMA's

Maybe the engagement party was supposed to be the night for taking down Victoria. With all of her closest friends there it is the perfect time to finally let her have it. I cannot imagine murder being in the cards for them, though, so my guess is that they were talking about the culmination of their efforts and Daniel's "murder" might have just thrown a wrench in their plans.
