St. Clair Shores, MI Radio station 99.5 WYCD, Detroit’s Country, is running a contest for area high school students and the grand prize is a private concert by Casey James to be held at the winning school’s auditorium.

(In my defense I am on a very different timezone  )Casey is a bit of a workhorse, but I also think he really enjoys performing live and especially now that Blaine is with him, he looks so happy on stage. Yes I know that is true enough, I would presume most artist does like to perform live. (Or atleast those who are actually good live). But he is the type who actually likes to do it for 4 hours plus. Yes Casey does have a band, but he is just doing radio promo right now, and 99% of radio promo is acoustic gigs. Usually it is just the singer and a lead guitarist and sometimes also a rhythm guitarist, but since Casey also plays lead guitar he has done most of the gigs alone so so far, and now he has drums since he doesn't need another guitar player. --------------------
