It's nice to see another Rockstar (who has a fairly incredible voice, imho) rave on about Adam in a UK setting....

Yesterday 'LadyLondon' was saying, in another thread, that Adam's chances of getting radio play on UK's Radio 1 comes down to someone with clout endorsing him.

"It might take time but i think he will crack the UK, especially if he has some great singles on the second album. Pharrell is highly regarded here for example, that would hold some sway with Dj's here.
My guess is, just as with so many other creative careers, all the power of deciding who should succeed and who is overlooked, is made by a handful of people. I wouldn't be surprised if the DJ's are aware of Adam, but are to scared of going out on a limb and endorsing him, in case they look 'uncool'. As soon as someone at Radio 1 with clout gets some backbone and has an opinion that differs from the pack and endorses Adam, then predictably, the others will all follow and they will be all saying how they always loved Adam etc etc"

Even though Taylor, May, Meat Loaf, Sir Elton are not the "current cool" Dappys or Pharrells of the music world...they have major credibility.....and again as 'LadyLondon' mentioned also in her post......"The names Brian May and Elton John won't necessarily help Adam crack UK radio, but their endorsement certainly doesn't harm him, far from it." (I think Meat Loaf in in the same category)....Receiving all these accolades from some of Rock's Elite cannot be unnoticed by these clowns at Radio1....and just, maybe, one will have the balls to open the door for Adam and his new music.

So...yeah for Meat Loaf for expressing his love for Adam's voice and no less in the same sentence with Aretha and Whitney .....every little bit helps.......
