Our servers were actually up and running during the first hour of the blackout (thank you power backup UPS device!) but our Internet provider no longer had power, so no one was able to reach IDF.

Anyway, our servers have all been rebooted and are now functioning normally. To stay up to date with IDF during outages, please follow: @idolforums

If you care to know what happened, our servers are located in a facility in downtown Toronto, Canada. Today was one of the hottest and most humid days so far this year. 34C / 93F. It was pretty crazy sticky outside. Anyway, apparently one of the main power transformers just outside the city exploded and much of downtown Toronto lost power. It was actually quite entertaining to watch cars direct themselves. Almost saw 6 collisions!
